About Nino Rodriguez (Tsel1 / Tsel One)

Nino Rodriguez—better known as graffiti artist “Tsel1” (Tsel One)—began painting Chicago graffiti in 1984 at just 11 years old, inspired by the book Subway Art. His art has also been showcased at the Chicago Cultural Center, on Michigan Avenue Public Arts projects, and in numerous galleries. He is also the recipient of the 2024 ORKO Living Legend Award.
